Methodology
Beyond Success uses the roundtable methodology. If you want to train, put people in rows of chairs. If you want to transform people, put them around a table, learning together, sharing, and taking action.
Beyond Success transformation tables offer an accessible path to self- improvement and personal growth, while adding an opportunity to hear the Gospel. We have already seen the effectiveness of this strategy in countries around the world with hundreds of thousands participating in success tables!
Each session has an opportunity to learn from leadership expert, Dr. John C. Maxwell, gain insight into the principle, reflect on how it is showing up in your life, and commit to a small, intentional action to better live that value and principle.
CHALLENGES
- Relatively low budget for design, implementation and marketing
- 8-week time constraint for the whole project
- Website must match existing digital corporate identity
- Website should be deeply integrated into the HubSpot solution
- Design & development from scratch is not feasible
- Customer would like to be able to edit content and structure
- Website must be implemented in three languages
- Webdesign must match modern design standards
